At North Ridge Family and Cosmetic Dentistry, we aim to make paying for dental care simple and manageable. With clear insurance guidance and flexible financing options, our team helps patients focus on their treatment, not the paperwork.
Insurance
We accept most traditional dental insurance plans and are happy to help verify your coverage. Since benefits vary by provider and plan, we encourage patients to contact our office before their visit to confirm acceptance and review how insurance may apply.
Our team assists with claim submission and works to help you use your available benefits. Any remaining balance not covered by insurance is the patient’s responsibility.
Payment Methods
For your convenience, we accept checks and cash. Payment is generally due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
CareCredit®
CareCredit® allows eligible patients to spread treatment costs into monthly payments. Please speak with our Financial Coordinator for details or help with the application.
We are happy to file insurance for reimbursement, and patients remain free to choose their own dentist while using CareCredit®.

Program details, limitations & exclusions
- Cannot be combined with any other special offer or discount, or with a dental insurance policy.
- Procedures with treatment already underway are not eligible for the discount.
- A cleaning covers coronal plaque, calculus, and stain removal above the gumline. Deeper cleanings (perio pockets greater that 3mm) fall under periodontal therapy and receive the 15% discount rate.
- Program benefits are used only at North Ridge Family & Cosmetic Dentistry. Specialist referrals do not carry the discounted rate.
- Unused yearly benefits do not carry over to the next year.
- Annual dues are non-refundable, including for unused benefits or cancellations.
- Services provided at no cost, or through an alternate source such as Worker’s Compensation, are excluded.
- Full payment is due at time of service for the 15% discount to apply; balances billet later, or paid via third-party financing, are billet at the standard rate.
- Membership renews annually on its anniversary date at the then-current rate; rates are subject to change each year.
- Invisalign and retail dental products (electric toothbrushes, whitening gel, etc.) are not eligible for the program discount.
